Tech Support. Austin Style.

What we do, and what we do not do.

  • We provide on-site tech support during normal business hours for computers, laptops, mobile devices and we are beginning to support some IOT equipment.
  • We also provide phone, text, and email support.
  • When possible we provide remote support through remote desktop, FaceTime, and other types of media.
  • We work with small businesses and individuals that have either PC’s or Mac computers.
  • We provide a familiar face, although some would say an ugly one, that is familiar with your equipment,  your needs, your data. No need to get acquainted with a new person each time you need something.
  • We don’t repair phones or tablets, do not replace batteries, broken screens or charging ports.
  • We do not work with organizations and businesses that use servers. We recommend on-site support for those entities.
