We provide on-site tech support during normal business hours for computers, laptops, mobile devices and we are beginning to support some IOT equipment.
We also provide phone, text, and email support.
When possible we provide remote support through remote desktop, FaceTime, and other types of media.
We work with small businesses and individuals that have either PC’s or Mac computers.
We provide a familiar face, although some would say an ugly one, that is familiar with your equipment, your needs, your data. No need to get acquainted with a new person each time you need something.
We don’t repair phones or tablets, do not replace batteries, broken screens or charging ports.
We do not work with organizations and businesses that use servers. We recommend on-site support for those entities.
