KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

Working with a HP Envy 795 that continually boots in a loop with this error message. We can get to the desktop, but then it crashes. Device Manager shows three devices with red marks in front of the icons, the Video Card, the SATA controller, and the Chipset Controller. Tried updating all 3, but only found 1 update, the other 2 shows no update available, and even after updating the one, the computer still crashes. Clean Boot mode does not help, safe mode with networking also does not work, and there is no restore option, and repairing startup also didn’t work. There is a large thread on the HP site about this issue, with few options available at this point. I will add additional information as it becomes available.
